Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons aligned with the school's curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and student-centred learning environment.
- Assess and monitor students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop students' mathematical reasoning, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Prepare lesson plans, assessments, assignments, and progress reports.
- Integrate appropriate educational technology and innovative teaching strategies into lessons.
- Maintain effective classroom management and promote positive student behaviour.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support student achievement.
- Participate in school meetings, professional development programmes, and extracurricular activities as required.
